Last month before we left for Home Service, God blessed us so beautifully with a special gift. It was six years ago when we began church planting in Guadalajara city. We started praying with a Spanish couple, Pedro and Lily, and then evangelized in parks and distributed gospel tracts.
One day, Alejandra received a gospel tract. She took it home and gave it to her mother, Yaneth. A few days later Yaneth came to our cell group gathering. We shared with her the gospel and she prayed to receive Jesus Christ in her heart.
She received lessons on discipleship. A few years passed and she still had many doubts and questions. But last month, she expressed her desire to take the step of faith in water baptism. We were filled with joy as the seed planted is now beginning to bloom.
